Guy Welfare is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years' experience specialising in commercial property and investment property valuation and business rates advice in particular.
Until early 2011 he was a Partner at Bruton Knowles, one of the South West's leading commercial property consultants, running its Professional Services Team. After 19 successful years with the firm, Guy felt the time was right to launch his own consultancy.
His considerable experience of the South West's commercial and residential property market means he is well placed to provide a range of property consultancy services to businesses throughout the region.
His early career was in Central London, training with a small firm in Notting Hill Gate and subsequent periods with Edward Symmons and Hirshfields in the West End.
